Customer Service
- We always strive to deliver your order within 48-72 hours of your purchase. IE: You put your order in Monday afternoon, you should have no later than End of Day Thursday. If you need something sent UPS, we ship same day and standard UPS transit times apply.
- By Phone at 1-888-673-5846, from 7 AM to 4 PM EST. If you know your sales reps number, you can also call or text their number directly.
- By Fax at 1-856-665-9215. Please write your name and phone number on the fax so we can call to confirm the receipt of your fax.
- Online, click on “Request Online Access” at the top of this window if you have not previously registered.
- Email: Send your order directly to your salesperson via email if you choose. You can also use the “Email Your Order” icon under Contact Us and it will go straight to Cross Country’s email to enter accordingly, a confirmation email will follow.
- Our offices are open M-F 7 AM- 4 PM. Our warehouse is open M-F, 7 AM-5 PM.
- We accept emailed or online orders 24/7.
- Yes! If you are more comfortable or familiar with a numbering system other than ours, we can usually cross-reference accordingly. A lot of the manufacturer numbers are the same across vendors so feel free to use what is listed in your system and we will cross-reference for your convenience.
- We accept all major credit cards. We can set your account up with NET 30 terms if a credit app is filled out (In a Request a Quote Section). We also accept CHECK or COD on delivery of product.
